Try soda crackers ripe bananas and flavored gelatins. Start your day with 16 ounces of water, it’s a great way to prevent mild dehydration.
Watery Fruits: Bananas have great water content and are especially beneficial to restore potassium in your body that has vanished with dehydration. You can also try water fruits such as watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries. Cucumber is also a good source of water.
Mix a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoons sugar and a spoon lime-water and sip the beverage throughout the day to cure mild dehydration.
Salt: If you’re having symptoms of mild dehydration or heat injury, or you’re just sweating a lot, make sure you replace your salt. Try eating pretzels, salted crackers or salty nuts.
