How to manage the symptoms?

  • Eat right and eat healthy. Brisk aerobic exercises and outdoor activities like biking help you in improving your mood and stay relaxed.
  • Reduce or avoid smoking and drinks, cold drinks that have cola, or a mood-altering drug that may make the condition worsen.
  • Also, always make sure to ask your doctor about the medicine, or OTC medicines, since the wrong medicines may worsen the condition even more.
